I had a bad day yesterday, I ate well but I didn’t want to exercise at all. It was my day off so I went to my gym for orientation (because we all have to do it before being allowed to use the gym for free) and I brought clothes to work out with, but had to go home after orientation to meet up with the boyfriend for lunch. He suggested we go to a place in town called Salad World. IT WAS DELICIOUS! I had a grilled chicken salad wrap, and it was ridiculously great! So after my boyfriend went back to work I went grocery shopping, and then around 8 went to pick up my boyfriend. Unfortunately he didn’t get off work til 9. So since I was already out and in my backseat were my workout clothes I drove back to the gym and ran for 25 minutes on the treadmill. I felt a lot better afterward. Moral of the story: Just do it, don’t put it off til later because if I hadn’t confused the times I might not have exercised at all.
