30 Days of Weight Loss
Day Five- Why do you really want to lose this weight? Are you doing it for you?
I don’t want to say my entire goal is to lose weight, it’s not. Losing weight is a part of it, but I really just want to get fit. I want to be able to run a 10k without gasping for breath after the first mile. I want to not only be able to not only finish a marathon but finish first. I want to be a runner, and it’s something that I’ve never been able to do. I want to be healthy and fit.
I’m definitely doing it for me. There’s no one else that I owe that to. I’m an extremely lucky lady to already have a guy that loves me. I definitely don’t want to do this for any attention as I’m extremely introverted. I just want to be happy with who I am, and to finish my goals.
AND I WILL!
