I’m not really looking to be super thin, just fit. That being said, there are a few actresses who have banging bodies that inspire me.
Firstly Scarlett Johansson
She has a great body and has curves! Wowza. Plus with everything that I’ve heard about her makes me believe she’s a good person as well. Of course, how well can we actually trust what we hear and read from the media?? Still she inspires me to work harder.
Once again, WOWZA…she is amazing! Post baby and she’s worked hard to get her body back. She’s also a good inspiration for me.
Of course they both can afford personal trainers and fitness experts to tell them what to eat and what exercises to do, but that doesn’t mean that we can’t achieve the same things with hard work. I do not want their body, I want mine. I just want mine to be the best that it can be and these two ladies definitely inspire me to work harder.
Day Two- How tall are you? Do you like your height?
I am 5 feet 9 inches, and yes I love my height. I wear flats a lot though, but not because I’m too tall for heels. Mostly because I love flats, they’re cute and much more comfortable.
My height is why 160 lbs is a good goal weight for me as well. A lot of people don’t realize that the taller you are the more you’ll weigh. It seems very logical to see it written down, but people wonder why my goal weight isn’t lower. I don’t want to be a stick, I want to be fit. That being said, if I get down to 160 and think that I’d like to be slimmer my goals will change. This is just what I’m aiming for now, and I think I’ll be happy there.
